<p>This unique cottage is a gorgeous example of a link detached English Heritage cottage that rarely becomes available in the heart of the desirable setting of Great Wakering Village. Dating back to 1906, this Victorian Grade II listed cottage has been exceptionally looked after and restored to incorporate the original features as well as modern living.</p>
<p>The original features include, a grey slated roof, red ridge tiles and a timber pendant to the road facing side of the house, scalloped barge board and batten<br />
decoration to the gable, with and external brick built chimney stack. As cited in the Historic England Website.</p>
<p>This building is listed under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended for its special architectural or historic interest.</p>
